  5. MDPIC is a program that interprets Macintosh graphics commands and converts
  6. them into pic format. Pic is the generalized graphical front-end to troff which
  7. enables users to include graphics in troff documents (pic works much in the
  8. same way as tbl and eqn do). Because it is application independent, MDPIC
  9. allows you to create pic & troff graphics by using MacDraw, Excel, MacProject,
  10. MacDraft, Cricket Draw -- in fact, almost any Macintosh application. Individual
  11. licenses and site licenses are available.
